This hotel is out of the way and the room I was in was extremely tired. The water flow in the shower was weak and not hot enough. Seemed outdated and worn.

My husband and I were surprised to find a pull out couch in addition to our king size bed. The room was quite large for what we had been expecting. However, the couch had a stain on it, the bathroom was very dark, and the tub leaked water on the floor no matter how careful we were with the shower curtain. Walls between rooms very thin! Could easily hear talking and TV from adjoinging room.

Great location to Salem, MA. Also- Starbucks!

Our room did not have conditioner in it. Just one bar of soap for the shower and sink and one bottle of shampoo.

The hotel was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving. The room decor was stylish and inviting.
